I think it is appropriate that BrewCrewBlog sends a Get Well Soon wish to the great Bob Uecker after his successful heart surgery. I am know I am speaking for more than just myself when I say that listening to the games is not just the same without George Owens on the mic (yes a Mr. Belvedere reference). No offense to Davey Nelson of course, a more than adequate fill in. So people, I ask you to comment below and let Mr. Uecker know that we eagerly await his return!

Well, I must say that it will be nice to hear his voice again. I hope everything was worked out ok during the surgery and he can talk the “Brewer Talk” for many more years to come!
Ueks made a guest appearance in the booth during todays game versus the Twins. Instant laughs abound. Great to hear him again.
